Namaste.
Das Mudra der Hände ist eine symbolische Geste, die bedeutet, dass der Gruss von Herzen kommt. Namaste bedeutet wörtlich: Verneigung sei dir. Der Gruss Namaste bedeutet: Das Göttliche in mir verneigt sich vor dem Göttlichen in dir.
